After earning a B.A degree and spending several years in the Income Tax field, Debbi began her real estate career in the 80’s in Commercial Property Management & Leasing. As a residential sales agent, Debbi gained the personal experience and understanding of a Realtors® day to day activities. Her experience in the sale of Corporate and REO owned homes, led to a corporate position working directly with corporate relocation companies and banks to manage and market their properties. Debbi was early to embrace the Internet for promoting listings which led to her being recruited by the largest privately owned real estate company in the nation. She was instrumental in the launching of their eReal Estate Department. As Operations Manager, she consistently led the team in highest conversion and production.



After experiencing several personal relocations, Joyce left a career in nursing to pursue real estate. Joyce’s background includes many facets of the relocation industry including marketing, personnel management, infinity programs, group moves, agent training, and the management of a referral brokerage. In 2001, Joyce was promoted to help lead the growth of the eReal Estate department for the largest privately owned real estate company in the nation. Her expertise in the understanding of the Internet consumer, helped mold the department. She was instrumental in revising the department’s webpage, new employee training, and in developing departmental policies and procedures. Joyce’s problem solving ability and commitment to customer service enabled her to consistently be one of the highest producers on the team.
